Gourmetrestaurant Karree

The Chaine des Rotisseurs, Bailliage Baviere Orientale, goes behind the scenes of its member hotel.

Head Chef Christian Raith at the Forsters Posthotel in Donaustauf in the administrative district of Regensburg cooking celery cream soup with potato dumplings. The delicate dish is served in the new "Karree" gourmet restaurant of the Chaine member hotel.
